How to insert a signature in Netscape Messenger

Please wait for all of the images to load





 


Obtain your animated signature file and save it to you hard disk.

Start Netscape Messenger Start Messenger


Select 'Edit' > 'Preferences'.

Select 'Edit' > 'Preferences'

Go down to 'formatting' and check the
'Use the HTML editor..' radio button.

check the 'Use the HTML editor..' radio button


Okay that and select 'New Message'. Select 'New Msg'


Compose your mail, and click on the 'Insert Object' icon, go down to 'Insert Image'.

Click on Browse, and locate your signature.gif file

locate your signature.gif

Open and Okay the .gif file, and you should now see your animated signature in your Messenger mail window.

Click on send......that's it!
